WRONG KIND OF LOVE by Stevie J. Cole & LP Lovell
Release Date: May 7th
Not all girls want a hero, some want the villain.
Instead of running from the tattooed bad boys who lurk in the alleyway, we run toward them. There’s something irresistible to their power, their dangerous edge. Instead of knights in shining armor, we fall at the feet of the mafia king, we long to be seduced by the enemy.
What we crave is darkness and a love tainted within lies and deception.
We are weak for the wrong kind of love.
The Wrong Kind of Love is a four-book collection of dark romance sure to keep you on the edge of your seat and swooning for the bad guy.
Dark romance collection featuring the “Wrong” series.
Book One, Jude, a bookie and money launderer (cleaner)wondering why a man he thought dead, is now alive…. Joe. His calling card, a magnolia, is given to Jude. Victoria, medical student, thrown out as collateral by her boyfriend who owes said bookie $20k… Coincidence?
Captively in lust from the start, this read has a solid mix of suspense and a twisted plot to keep the reader engaged. Plus, sooooo many heart wrenching, misty eyed moments. Talented writing being able to merge so many emotions into one novella.
“That which is done out of love, always takes place beyond good and evil”
“To live is to suffer”
Book two of the series is Wrath, starts at two years after book one. Jude please continue to work with Gabriel to ensure the safety of Jude and Cayla.
Evolving from small town illigal activity to Cartels and Bravta. The basis is raining wrath down upon all enemies that choose to hurt Jude and Cayla. Sometimes feeling like you want to cry, other times laugh, and cry a lot of times punch Gabriel in the face. This novella has less steamed than the first one, but no less the emotional roller coaster. This ends the “Wrong” series before the next book…
Bad Series, Book One… Follows Ronan, Russian Mafia, and his “guest” Camilla, sister to Gabriel, Juarez Cartel. It overlaps the second book of the “Wrong” series and lead you through the Russians side plus all the politics that he deals with leading to angsty, yet action mixed with steam. Camilla gives him a steamy run for his money and empire. Blistering sexual chemistry comes okay to mind when explaining these two How these two react and attempt to dominate the other.
I do have one glaring grammar issue that just brings out the OCD and me for this book:. Lead versus Led. “Lead” is used over two dozen times instead of the word “led”.
Primal needs, visceral bleeding leads into the second book of the Bad Series, Dirty. The second part of their duet means more heavily on the intricate political power that Ronan holds over Russia as the world drowns in blood while it’s set on fire.
