Cookies & Cream Wafer Bites by Dolcetto ~ These light, crispy-yet-creamy bites are just right for popping when you need a hit of sugar to get the adrenaline going. You’ll forget all about Oreos. PRO TIP! Try them frozen! These do taste like Oreos and my boys gobbled them right up. Not overly sweet and a nice balance between creamy center and crispy wafer. Only downside is how much of a mess these made.
Organic Apple Harvest Crunch Dried Snacks by Sensible Foods ~ You’d never believe that these perfectly sweet, crunchy and delicious treats are made with ONLY organic apples and nothing else! Hardly any pieces were larger than a dime though, many, many tiny pieces. Youngest son, while he did enjoy the taste, got fed up with these due to this.
Chocolate Banana Granola Bar by MadeGood ~ This chocolate and banana bar may sound and taste like a dessert, but it also contains the nutrients in one full serving of vegetables! Who said dessert couldn’t be healthy! School safe without peanuts and tree nuts; manufactured in a dedicated facility free from the 8 common allergens. Uses a vegetable powder made from spinach, broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, beets and shiitake mushrooms. They kind of went overboard with the agave nectar in my opinion but, overall a nice balanced granola bar. I actually enjoyed this one.
Dill Pickle Kettle Potato Chips by Route 11 ~ Prepare to find your new potato chip obsession. Who knew pickles could make such a great chip? I am obsessed with these! My youngest son is the only other one in my house who likes pickles so, he immediately went for these. While they are a bit heavy on the dill flavoring for him, I absolutely love these.
Toasted Soy Butter Spread by WOWBUTTER ~ Peanut butter but without out PEANUTS? This school-safe tasty spread is made out of Soy and has 7g of protein, so it’s safe to say we won’t be going back to regular peanut butter! My kids and I already enjoy butter spreads that are not made from peanuts so, this was right up our alley. However, if you have allergens to soy then steer clear because that’s how this is made. Not as grainy as other alternatives however, more spot-on with the peanut flavor.
Peanut Butter Sandwich Crackers by Lance ~ These are not your mama’s crackers. Real ingredients and really delish! Lance has been around for quite a while and has upped their game with a gluten-free line. Crispy, slightly buttery tasting crackers with a bit of peanut butter within. These are very tasty but, could use a tiny bit more peanut butter.
Maple Multigrain Muffin Instant Oatmeal by Bakery On Main ~ Breakfast or dinner? This oatmeal will be sure to delight your taste buds with its maple goodness. Two good things in one, oatmeal and muffins with cane sugar, flax meal, chia seeds, quinoa and amaranth. Cooks up in 60 seconds and the maple scents the air deliciously.
Multigrain Croccantini Crackers by La Panzanella ~ Calling all charcuterie lovers! These light and crispy crackers are the perfect addition to your next party platter. Your only worry now will just be what to pair with these tasty crackers! Weird ridges and a solid “They’re good” from my peanut gallery. Dry tasting upon first bite but, flavor comes through immediately with a subtle salty flavor. Low fat, 70 calories per package, cholesterol free and vegan. Side note: Weird ridges on the ends.
Rich Chocolate Cookie Thins by Mandy’s ~ These treats are so irresistible you won’t realize how much you love them until they’re all gone. What more could you want from a cookie? I thought it was glitter on them at first glance but, it’s granulated sugar. Light and crispy, not very sweet with a subtle cocoa taste. 90 calories total which is five cookies.
