What is Pinch Me? Register then answer a series of questions about your household and shopping habits in the Member Profile. They learn what you like and offer samples just for you.  Pick samples you are eager to try; samples are only available on their Sample Tuesday which is normally the second Tuesday of the month.  They ship your box full of samples directly to you for free.  Once you’ve had a chance to try your samples, complete a short feedback survey to tell them what you think of the samples.  They let the brands know your thoughts.

These normally take a month to come in the mail so, these products I actually chose in December.

You will always be one month behind in samples and feedback with Pinch Me; annoying but, worth it in the end.  I actually got two separate boxes this month.

Purina One ~ Tender Selects Chicken:  Dry cat food; 100% complete and balanced nutrition.  My cat, Naya is 15 1/2 years old and loved it however, she has never been picky with dry food.  It is high in protein and omega-6 fatty acids.

Burt’s Bees ~ Protein Powder:  I admit to never knowing Burt’s Bees had branched out of the beauty / body product line.  This is a vanilla flavored plant-based protein powder.  Each serving contains 15 grams of plant-based protein, 4 1/2 servings of fruits and vegetables and 25% DV of 12 essential vitamins.  Made with 70% organic ingredients, non-GMO, gluten-free, dairy-free and soy-free with no artificial sweeteners of flavors.  Conclusion:  Not great but, not awful.  Gritty and too sweet for me.

Barilla ~ Pesto Sauce:  Imported from Italy but, “Product of USA”.  It’s a good Pesto Sauce and works if you are short on time and fresh basil; I try and grow it seasonally where I live.  The pesto was not oily and tasted pleasantly fresh.  Ingredients:  Basil, Sunflower Oil, Spinach and Garlic.

Hunt’s ~ Recipe Ready Tomato Paste:  Tomato Paste in a quick and convenient pack vice mini-can.  I had seen these at stores and they are sold around 4 in a box.  No difference in taste to me just, smaller portions.  I am on the fence with this due to the size; I have never had an issue with the cans, I just put the rest in the fridge open can and all when in use.

Purina ~ Bella:  Adult dry dog food inspired by small dogs.  All the vitamins and minerals your dog needs with real chicken and beef with accents of sweet potatoes and spinach.  I have two dogs and they both loved this food; yes, they are not picky but, they knew there was dog food in the box before I had even opened it.

Purina ~ Bella:  Wet variety of their adult food inspired by small dogs.  They felt very pampered with this beef in savory juices container.  Definitely going to be cashing in the coupon to get more.
