From left to right:

(1) Honest Shampoo + Body Wash

This is the body wash both my sons use; if I can’t make it I buy it how I would want their body wash to be made.  It gently cleanses from head to toe with oils, extracts and organic botanicles.  Ingredients include aloe, chamomile, calendula, coconut oil, jojoba protein and quinoa.  Tear-free, hypoallergenic, pediatrically tested and pH balanced.  I have only ever chosen the perfectly gentle Sweet Orange Vanilla but, they also have ultra calming Dreamy Lavender and deeply nourishing Apricot Kiss.

(2) Honest Glass + Window Cleaner

Yes, I realize how easy homemade glass / window cleaner is but, in order for me to hone my DIY skills I like to test out other natural products for comparison.  This glass and window cleaner cuts through dirt, grease, grime and finger-prints while leaving a streak-free shine.  The second most disgusting piece of glass in my whole house is my kids’ bathroom mirror; number one being the inside of the window on my oven.  Only four ingredients:  Water, Alcohol (Corn-Derived), Glucoside (Plant-Based) and Acetic Acid (Plant-Based Vinegar).  Non-Toxic, Cruelty-Free, Safe and Effective.

(3) Honest Dish Soap

I have tried making homemade dish soap in the past and each one was a total Pinterest FAIL so, finding a perfectly formulated, plant-based powerhouse dish soap was a WIN.  A forewarning on this one though is that it is ULTRA concentrated; extra sudsy anyone?  I am a sucker for citrus cleansers so, I switch off between two of their citrus blends:  White Grapefruit and Lemon Verbena, they have a Lavender dish soap also for more of a soothing wash time.  Each soap is made with a simple listing of ingredients to include coconut-based cleanser, glycerin, glucoside, benzoate and oils based off of their scents.  Not just for dishes either, can be used on virtually anything where a simple soap is needed.

(4) Honest Multi-Surface Cleaner

I have ensured this cleaner is in every single shipment I receive from The Honest Company.  It is the best cleaner!  I fill a cobalt glass spray bottle I have in my kitchen with this and clean everything in my kitchen with this to include my dining table.  Leaves nothing but the fresh smell of grapefruit behind; grapefruit is also the only scent this comes in.  Refreshingly clean and light!  Made without ammonia, fragrances, glycol, dyes, phosphates, chlorine, bleach, formaldehyde, triclosan or caustics; it is amazing the amount of harsh chemicals in so many products these days.

(5) Honest Laundry Detergent

I normally make my own but, I wanted a quick bottle on-hand for January when I will be having surgery.  I will be down and out for a while and am making alternate plans for everything to help myself out when I will be needing rest and time to heal.  This laundry soap is effective, powerful and hypoallergenic without harsh chemicals or synthetic fragrances.  Size is 70 fl oz and at 2x Ultra Concentrated is able to do 70 HE loads; septic tank and gray-water safe.  Measurements are on directions for type of washing machine you have, front loading and/or top loading which is helpful.

Which of these Honest products would you love to try?

Can’t decide?
