Art Naturals

I have to say out of all of the beauty product companies, Art Naturals, does a lot of campaigning and networking to get their products out there.  You will find more of their products I have received and reviewed under my facial and hair care tabs; yes, they have a broad spectrum of products.  On here I will focus on their other beauty products they have.

SPF 50 Sunscreen Sticks By Art Naturals

Eldest son started football and I wanted him to wear sunscreen but, he is quite the sweater and didn’t want sweat mixed sunscreen running into his eyes and burning them.  This so far has not only helped with the baseline of screening his skin from getting burns but, it also has not run down his face with sweat. This is due to the consistency.

Note: Application is every 60 minutes if using while doing water or sweat activities. Plus, the product expires 12 months upon opening.
Application: The consistency is the same as a soft deodorant and goes on noticeably white; zinc oxide. With a bit of elbow grease it can get smoothed in and the color dissipate; yeah, my kids complained as I was blending it in. No matter what you have to blend this into the skin; this is not a roll and go type of stick sunscreen.

Note: Zinc Oxide is the active ingredient at 17%
Non-Active Ingredients: Beeswax, Bisabolol, Shea Butter, Calophyllum, Tacamahaca Seed Oil, Cannabis Sativa Oil, Euphorbia, Canderilla Wax, Jojoba Esters, Octyldodecyl Olivate, Oryza Sativa (Rice), Bran Oil, Oryzanol, Avocado Oil, Jojoba Seed Oil, Cocoa Seed Butter

The scent is what my kids love; it smells like a nut butter due to the mixtures of jojoba, cocoa, and shea (I lean towards almond butter but, my kids say peanut butter). With that being said….. be mindful of peanut butter loving pooches near the ones with this on. Yes, my dogs were all over my kids after application. Lesson learned.
Disclosure: I received this sunscreen discounted however, this in no way influenced my review. I chose to write this review and was under no obligation to do so. I only write honest reviews regardless of whether I purchased a product at full price, at a discount, or received it free.
