Ceylon Cinnamon By Herb Affair

I absolutely love baking so, when I was given the opportunity to receive this I was excited to do it.  This only comes in a 1 lb resealing bag currently and I decided to place most of it in a mason jar with a double-layered lid; one lid having holes to be a shaker dispenser.  There is a difference in between Ceylon and Cassia Cinnamon; Ceylon is considered the “True” or “Real” Cinnamon in comparison.  Ceylon is notably heavier and has a sweeter yet, earthier taste and scent.  Truly enhances the dishes you put it in.

 What is your go-to seasoning ingredient when you bake? Cook?
